The object of the project was to provide four rental workshops in a very tight footprint. The design proposal was to have a pinwheel plan that gives each unit a private entry with a unique view out. Having a very tight space, all of the circulation was solved on the exterior of the building, and the required garage doors were replaced with fully dismantled windows to bring in the goods and machinery.
